I urgently need serious diet/weightloss advice (why do I feel I really am setting myself up here):blackeye: Because you are? Seriously, good luck to you - I've never been on a diet myself, but the first thing I'd suggest is wait until after Christmas No point missing out on all the fun and good food if you can wait another couple of weeks, anyway Beyond that, probably just don't go mad on fatty foods, and cut down the general quantity of food, too... a while back me and KF were going to the chippy twice a week and buying as much food as we could eat, and we both started putting weight on (what a surprise!) - cutting that down to once a week with a bit less food has stopped that problem, though KF seems to find pasta fills him up a lot quicker than most other food, so that could be a way to go... it's healthy, if nothing else

If you go on a full stomach you're less likely to buy snacky foods.

Stop eating!
;D ;D ;D
Seriously Charlie, by cutting down on alcohol and playing football a few times a week, I have actually managed to lose a lot of weigght myself during 2002 - I actually scared myself when I realised I was touching 15 stones!!!
Any additional weight will slow you up coming out of the hairpin - saying that, you'll go down Duffus quicker!

another tip - have a big breakfast (big plate of cereal, toast and orange juice), and the temptation to snack throughout the day shouldn't be there
