A friend and I were driving through Kirkcaldy last night and as we went past the Glenvarigil Renualt garage I shouted 'STOP'! Tim Bartlet's porcshe was in the showroom as well as around 10 TVRs, a nice 15k V reg Caterham which would do me nicely and a brand new Challenge Cup Caterham which looked nice! The porcshe was maybe an old car? Im sure Tim had a GT2? but this was a 944 style car with a bodykit slapped on it and a huge spoiler! Left hand drive, very nice rollcage and a harness with 3 inch wide straps! Maybe ive just never seen it up close before? The caterham cup car didnt have any names on it but I presume its either for a customer or they are going to be racing? Apparently short of pennies though so I've heard... Dave.

I think I remember seeing a 944 racing a whie ago...though my memory could be playing tricks. Definitely before Tim turned up in the GT2. They are definitely different cars...the GT2 has the engine out back afterall but the 944 out the front!
As long as the Caterham cars aren't short of ponies. Pennies can be saved after all...
