For your info, we have removed the main NS-R website (www.ns-r.co.uk) temporarily but before you all start sulking....it'll be back in 14 days time!!! (Although the mini-forum is still working) If you look at the main NS-R site, we have a countdown timer which when it reaches zero, the new site complete with piccies of the new colour scheme will be automatically revealed. We've set it to finish at 12 o'clock lunchtime on Xmas Eve (something to watch out for when you are getting ready to finish for Xmas!). Car is looking really good - well, the exterior is - we've still got to finish the interior but it *should* be ready for when we do the photos - if not, we'll have to take photos from strange angles! Looks a little different since you all last saw it...It's not bent for a start!!! Hope you like the new website when it is revealed - should be bigger and better than ever... Cheers for now, Nick www.ns-r.co.uk

Hey Nick should I plug in my speakers? Do you sing along an adapted 12 days of Christmas to this unveiling of the new paintwork.? I was reading about rain repellant for windscreens, Do you think it would work spraying the bodywork? I'm sure those negative ions should repell all these competitors attracted to our cars. Ali

Ha ha, I never thought of that Racemania - damn! - I can guarantee we'd have done that if we'd have thought about it ... You'll just have to do a countdown in a Channel 4 stylee instead - ba da, ba da, ba da de dum doooo... Nick www.ns-r.co.uk

Not sure how Santa will get a rear axle down the chimney though... Probably all bent and twisted. Still, it'll stop you having to do it

Would that not be construed as an aerodynamic enhancement and be contrary to XR2 Rules and Regulations? Ali
