Hey, I was hoping to get any help on the XR2 series. I have read most of the things on the other website but I'm having trouble with some things. My main queries are;
Does the XR2 have to be a certain year? Are you only allowed one driver? Aproximately how much would one race weekend cost me?

Hi
XR2's must be Mk2 which means between 85 and 89.
Multiple drivers can share a single car, but obviously only one gets to drive in any given race ;D
Costs vary dramatically, but if you run the car yourself, you'll probably need as a minimum
Test session - £60 Race entry - £220 (qualifying + 2 x 10 lap races) Tyres - £75 each - probably 1 or 2 per meeting Fuel - 20 - 30 litres per meeting
Hope this helps?

Yeah thanks alot hoping to enter next year! Any info on how much the car would cost? And should we buy a race-ready car or do our own from a stock XR2?

You'd probably be cheaper buying a race ready car. I've seen some from about £1500 up to £6000 recently. Cars to suit all budgets.
[blatant plug]My car (#85 in 2008) may be available sometime during this year and it's very affordable! [/blatant plug]
