Yup, watched it happen a few minutes after it occured as I was following the race - VERY nasty impact and frankly if the other car had hit him a couple of feet further back it could have been a lot worse than just the ankle. In a way he got off lightly, believe it or not.

Did the other guy actually have a spotter or could he just not be bothered to brake and go higher, given how far back he was?  Bit of a shame, he was running further up the field and was getting better.  |
