Bit more practice and he might be OK ! ;D ;D ;D Thought he was crap - stick to your day job Iain! Found out a few things about the car so it was worthwhile. Dick and Andrew, for the right amount I'm prepared to take out Scott Fraser. We're talking six figures though!

Too late Mike... ;D
Interesting the gears Iain was using - I was in 4th all the way down to McIntyres, then in 3rd all the way round to by Hislops.

Strangely that's about the fifth such offer we've had this week so we're into a bidding situation now... Just put in your price and we'll see how it stacks up against the rest.... ;D

All I have is a bag of caustic soda and nice legs to distract the Knockhill gate folk.

I wouldn't pay much attention to the gears and so on, that was slow, even by my standards, and I'd say the point is it was a shakedown...no point risking the car, just make sure it works. I tell you those cones would be real off-putting for sure.
Blair the gearing depends on the gearbox you've got. Some have a shorter third gear, and there's even a shorter diff so some cars use fourth up to Clark-lube, others can stay in third, but I think in the dry everyone unanimously uses fourth round Duffus Curves.
Andrew/Dick, I'll do it for under five figures, but you'd need the rest to persuade the timekeepers to chop a couple of seconds of my quali time and get me somewhere near the front ;D
