Hi Mike, RIP AFD then ,thought you might have gone for the Berserker handle as a new name though, yes you guessed it,I'm another old fart who is also a big fan of Gary Numan. Useless info for those who aren't, Berserker was an Album Title from the early 80's. Ken666 Ah, Berserker - what a name for an album! A sensory overload of sound if ever there was!

Dunno Gary Numan's stuff even if I was a kid when he was around, but Kraftwerk, now there's an electronic legend which I've only recently (past few years anyway) been interested in. Baz C'mon Baz, you must know "Cars" at least by Gary Numan? I went to see Kraftwerk in Ireland with my fiancee, they were great. I had missed the chance to see them in Glasgow and we needed a wee holiday so we had a few days just outside Dublin. Always found Kraftwerk to be a rather anodyne experience - like many things German, a technical triumph but rather lacking in emotion.

Oh I don't know... I had a shot today in a friends Porsche 993...
That caused a lot of emotion..... I didn't want to give it back ;D

Yeah I agree... it's a really good looking car... You need both feet for the clutch though.. He's got some sort of heavy duty beast in it...
Fast? Difficult to tell on the Elgin to Inverness road but it certainly felt quick enough........ Tons of grip as well... and amazing brakes..

Mike, have you never heard Radioactivity or Trans- Europe Express, they are melodic and beautiful pieces of music. I am part German hence the "Heinicke" nickname, I think it is unfair to call some German things lacking in emotion and the 993 to be beautiful, I give you exhibit A, my old Mercedes 560SEC that tried to kill me almost a year ago: and exhibit B, the Mercedes 300SLR Uhlenhaut Coupe, possibly the most beautiful car ever built: Lastly the Bauhaus, the pioneers of the modernist design era. Thank you.
