Thanks No XR2 qualifying race? Take it there's not been that many entries yet, then... :S And what's with the new habit of putting the Caterhams on after the Legends at the end of the day? Given the relative field sizes, that basically means everyone goes home after the Legends... pretty tough luck on the Caterhams :blackeye: Looks a good day's racing overall, though - any idea what's visiting us with the Northern Saloons and Sportscars?

Only 24 XR2's on the list but there are a lot of late entries. i spoke to Steven Gray today and although he is not on the list, he is entered. Full list is already on the NS-R site. For the Northern S & S, here we go: - Class A & E Westfield (x 6) Formula 27 ( ) Escort Cossie Marcos Sylvia Strika XTR2 Sylvia Phoenix Caterham Lotus Class BCD MG ZR Rover 100 XR3 Honda Vti XR2 (x 3) Nissan Pulsar Escort MKII Rover Tomcat Ginetta Renault (?) Saloon (?) That's about it (I can't be bothered to type it out in full!) Sounds like a good turnout though...

10 minute qualifying sessions for everyone will be fun. That probably means 6/7 laps so if you are lucky 2 flying laps. Going to be very interesting trying to ensure clear track space....

Yeah, good point John - it will not be easy to get a good clean lap in.
Jaffa6 - cheers - come over and see us in the paddock if you can make it on Sunday.
Apparently there are a lot of late entries as we didn't have much time to get the race entries in so the entrie lists may still change.
The programme at the circuit on Sunday should have a more up to date listing however, they still need to go to the printers some time before the meeting so they may be a little out of date as well.

KF - so that's what a formula 27 is then! JamesH - I was well impressed with the FFZetec races at the opening meeting. If your grid sizes stay up then there should be some great racing this year... Nick www.ns-r.co.uk

GR & KF , remember and come and say hello to us ZETEC F/FORD people at garages 1 & 2 on Sunday. We'll wander in if we're allowed anyway - the Zetec enclosure seemed somewhat fenced off 2 weeks ago so we weren't sure if we'd get shot for trespassing if we wandered in

KF, just walk in, it`s fenced off to help the paddock parking problems that we had in the past, come in & have a look at the cars and say hello.
