I'm glad 'everyone' has seen sense and hope that we can continue chatting as friends or friendly rivals.
We've seen too many boards spoiled by bickering, so thanks to all who've kissed and made up:up:

Not exactly a lot of kissing going on, but I'm pretty sure we're all sick to the back teeth of the general nastiness that's been floating around over the last few days so as far as I'm concerned a line has been drawn under the whole thing following GR's last post on the Knockhill board.
Time to move on.

Yeah, there's been a lot of bad feeling going round these past few days, and I think a lot of people (not necessarily all on the same side) have had good reasons to be upset or annoyed at various things which have been said throughout this whole sorry affair... however, it seems to be dying a natural death now, so hopefully we can all move on from this and return to being the generally friendly group of club racing fans/drivers that we've been in the past I think the best thing we can do now is to concentrate our efforts on building up this forum, and hopefully keeping it fairly active over the off season, which'll be the real test of us as a group, tbh, as obviously there's no racing happening then, so less to talk about on that front. We've had a pretty good community spirit building up on the other board over the past few months, though, and having talked to a couple of people through PMs a bit over the past week or so, I feel like I know them even better than I did before - if we all use this forum at least a bit over the winter (particularly the Chat board, seeing as there's no racing to talk about as such), hopefully we can build up a friendly community here, and make this a real home for club racing, which I believe is what John Findlay was thinking of when he first suggested the whole idea of the website
