Now online - the boring-type stuff (contact us, disclaimer, copyright notice), a "How to help us" page, which gives various suggestions for how people can get involved in helping the site, and a Credits page, which has a few familiar names on it 
Links are on the index page, though I'll probably add them to the rest of the site at some point
