Just saw on MST that Jonathan Adam (ran in Scots FF Zetec last year) took a win and a second place at Brands and is now joint leader of the Clio Cup. I'm assuming he's got plenty of cash to have done so much in such a short space of time but unlike some rich kiddies who show up as high as Touring Cars and cause hundreds of thousands of pounds of damage each year, it takes a lot to potentially win a one-make championship. Take a look at Tom Boardman in Seats for example - he looks very ordinary in equal machinery.
Should be interesting to see what Adam can achieve.
