Pretty impressive wasn't it - but next time I'll remember to pack my goggles with me to save the dust getting in my eyes - I was in tears for half the day... Was it me or was it pretty surreal seeing half of the Knockhill circuit not being used. Quite spooky and it felt really strange at about 5pm - when the sun was low and it just seemed really quiet ?! But onto the racing - those supercars are awesome - they literally did take the breath outta me the first time they went past. Also, just missed Lawrence Gibson rolling over at the start of the shale - had just turned my back n' all.... Did anyone have a butchers at his team working away on sorting the car - quite a big crowd gathered and boy did they work hard! I reckon it's got potential - hope it's back next year. (ps 7pm is the latest that I've ever been in that circuit - when i left!)

Was there for a few hours in the early afternoon and I thought it was great. Worth going along if only to stand on the start/finish straight a see/hear/feel the supercars go past.....
Well organised too, so that despite the races being only a few laps, and fields being small (I saw one race with only 2 cars) the races came thick and fast and the quiet time between races was very swift.
And an excellent crowd too.

It was a good day out and I quite enjoyed it...though it's gonna be quite a while till I get the dust out of my lungs!! Forgot the suncream too so I look like a boiled beetroot today.
The supercars were fantastic. I've never seen cars that accelerate or brake as quickly before either in rallying or on the race track. Very impressive. Well turned out and engineered cars too. The rest of the racing was pretty good and exciting too.
Did anyone else think that the crowd was bigger yesterday than for the GT/F3 meeting?

I think it was a bigger crowd but it could've just been an illusion as there was a much smaller area available for viewing. Spoken to a guy involved in RallyCross quite heavily and he reckoned there was 6000+ but I don't know how that compares with other rounds.
The bridge at one point was very overcrowded - i have never seen that happen before! I have to commend Knockhill on their shale section - I like how they have a sort of stepped terrace on the hill - it's excellent for viewing.
