Shall I bring the snow chains? For everyones info I see the Sat testing & Sun racing timetables are now up on the SMRC-uk.com site. I see it's 3 x 15min sessions during testing. Maybe it was like this at GT meeting but I was too busy lying under a car then!

the slightly annoying thing is that they could put a good fast driver in the guest car, guys like Jonny Adam or Micky Doyle. still could be worse that bird from that girly magazine that was 10 seconds a lap slower than Gemma could be back for an encore
early weather is looking good, air temp of 18 degrees but cloudy... sugar that could mean thunderstorms....hmmmmm best bring full waterproofs as well as sunscreen

Sorry to contradict you DC but it will be dry.
When I sorted out my race calender for this year I only picked dry days. .........So far Oulton Park, Brands Hatch, Cadwell Park and Anglesey have all been dry & sunny, so pack the sun cream for Knockhill on Sunday.

That's a bit harsh Mike I'll not ask why. Good fast drivers in the guest Mini don't get the publicity that some others do, plus they tend to interfere with championships ...though I'm not thinking of any particular guest putting any particular championship contender off the track at any particular race near the end of last season As far as weather goes, I predict there will be some weather on Saturday and quite a lot of weather on Sunday. Good entry in XR2's by the looks of things, 21 and there are a few names missing from that list too. Baz

As long as you guys don't try to frighten the marshals like this guy at Brands on Sunday.... only minor injuries I believe and several changes of underwear.. So close to landing on the recovery truck too.. www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nsca3UqysrI

Baz Its good to get the publicity through the guys from the Sun and Real Radio etc but yeah, it would be better to have some proper fast drivers to try and copy (copy from half a lap back in my case ). What you say is true though, although playing devils advocate, you could also say the danger with touring car drivers in the race is people will forget whats best for their championship when going for the glory of being able to say they passed a touring car driver... Anyways, weather this weekend, dry please. Not really in the mood for rain. (cause I still dont have a clue what set up to run in it!!)

I find 50psi and suspension full hard gives you great confidence in the car.
